BAD SERVICE DELIVERY IS BAD!!! #MTNPHAIL

Welcome to MTN Paarl Mall


This is where they make empty promises and keep everything a secret! Where the customer is treated like ass, and they don't keep you updated.

Here's my scenario:

July 22nd. I got a new Tablet. yaaay!!

August 9th it stopped working. And no it did'nt fall. I switched it on. And nada. Anyhooo..

The week of 12 August, I handed it in at the abovementioned store. I gave it two weeks to hear some feedback. And guess what. Nothing.

So I went the underground route. Contacted a homie of mine, who works for MTN HQ in Cape Town. Asked him to look around. His response was:
  1. The tablet was wrongfully booked in
  2. Its now just lying there waiting to be booked in for Warranty Assesment
Now I'm not an unreasonable person. I get that a mistake might have been made, but why is it so difficult to let a person know? In the mean time, I had to drive to the mall (because the number in the phonebook keeps on ringing) and make them explain themselves. 

When I got there, a very arrogant sales person told me that it went for warranty assesment. So I was like stop telling me sh*t I already know. He then promised that they will get back to me on Friday 30th of August. And to this day I have yet to receive any phonecall whatsoever. This is really sh*tty service if you ask me. Because for the past month I have paid for a tablet that's not in my posession. And I think that's absolute BS. If you're not coming back to me with regular updates, then at least give me a fucking replacement or a temporary item to USE!!!!

And as you can see I have reached boiling point. So unfortunately I have:

  • Laid a complaint at Paarl Mall
  • MTN Western Cape
  • MTN Service
And will be laying my last complain at MTN Paarl Mall today. Where I will contact the Supervisor there. Because I think this is totally and utterly unacceptable.

Dit is hoekom die fokken land noooit ooit in die geskiedenis van ooitheid sal reg kom nie. Want mense aanvaar net dinge i.e Personeel met ombeskofte maniere, uiters slegte diens!! (Waarvoor mens betaat btw!!! En mis jy nou net een paaiement, dreig hulle jou mos met regs prosedure) Nou ek lus sommer en dreig hulle netso!

Ek weier om net agteroor te sit en die bullsh*t te vat!!!!! WEIER!!!  Ekt alweer vergeet ek't 'n tablet! Mooiste van alles, 'n case wat ek al 3 weke gelede laat invoer het uit die UK, is hier. Maar nog nie my tablet nie. BAD BAD BAD SERVICE!!!!!
